What You Agree To
You’re responsible for ensuring you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction before using SOFTBLOOMDAY. When you place an order, you confirm that this applies to you. You also agree to use our site only for lawful purposes — no malicious code, viruses, or harmful software. If you submit creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you give SOFTBLOOMDAY irrevocable, royalty-free rights to use, edit, and distribute them without compensation or confidentiality obligations. You’re fully accountable for the legality and third-party rights compliance of anything you send us. And if you breach these Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOFTBLOOMDAY and its partners from resulting claims.

What We Reserve the Right To
SOFTBLOOMDAY may cancel or limit orders we reasonably believe are placed by resellers or distributors — or those exceeding reasonable quantities per household. We calculate applicable taxes automatically at checkout, based on your shipping destination and local tax regulations; rates range from 0% to 30%, and product prices shown exclude tax. We may terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. This agreement remains in effect until either party ends it.

What We’re Not Responsible For
We provide our services “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted performance. We do not monitor, control, or endorse third-party tools or external websites — and accept no liability for issues arising from your use of them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFTBLOOMDAY excludes liability for lost profits, data loss, and incidental damages.

How This Agreement Works
If we update these Terms, your continued use of SOFTBLOOMDAY after those changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK. The legal entity behind SOFTBLOOMDAY is USEEMALL LTD, registered at Conyngham Road, Manchester, England — which is not a returning address.
